Lydia's "room" has been ready for weeks now, but I am just now remembering to take and post pictures.
Since she will only be living in this house for about 6-8 weeks before we move, we decided to leave our guest room in tact for those coming to help us. Thankfully, our bedroom has a neat little reading area built into it that was just screaming to become a mini-nursery.
I actually think it is quite cute.
Once we move, Lydie will have her very own room, but for the first little bit of her life she'll share her nook with us. I think she'll be okay with that.
I love her letters, and they will look especially cute when we move and can paint the wall behind them pink.
This is one of my favorite little decorations--a cross with my favorite Bible verse (Joshua 1:9) written on it.
This is the precious picture mat that my friends from San Antonio have all signed with well wishes for Lydie's life. All we need is a picture of the sweet girl and it will be complete!

Lydie's nook looks great! I'll be praying for y'all tomorrow morning and hoping someone will post or e-mail/facebook me with all the scoop! Looking forward to seeing pictures of this sweet baby girl. I will become an aunt for the 8th time tomorrow!
Everything looks beautiful! The only thing that will make it prettier is Lydia's sweet little face.

I LOVE the little nook! Such a great idea! And it is almost big enough to be a real room! I am so excited about seeing Miss Lydie!
I got tickled seeing that bedding remembering how much trouble you went through to get it and the accessories--so worth the trouble, wasnt' it?
Lydia has a beautiful room in the little nook. We are praying for you all today. I could finally tell Amelia this morning today is the day Lydia will be born. She has asked me everyday for the past week and a half. We love you.
