Tyler's First Dinner Party

Last night, Tyler attended his very first dinner party. And, this wasn't just any dinner party; we had dinner with an Air Force General!

General Creasy is Danny's boss at AETC/JA, and he just became a General this week. It is so exciting for everyone that knows him. He and his wife, Shelly, always have the newest members of the office over for dinner, and last night was the night we went.

Everything was beautiful, and I wish I could pronounce the food they served. It was like eating at a five star restaurant. Gen Creasy even greeted us with a glass of champagne with rasberries...the first I'd had in a long, long, long time. Delicious!

So, Tyler has officially hob-knobbed with the big-wigs. He was an excellent guest; he slept the entire time, even while being passed around among the other guests. Much to our surprise, he came home and still slept his usual six hours...thank the Lord!!

I am so excited that Ty is already getting to be in the social scene. He will be such a sophisticated young man with all the wonderful experiences that he will have while in the military. General and Mrs. Creasy look like a lovely couple. I am so happy that you all had a good time!
Love,
Mom
