My body aches...

Nothing too exciting happened this weekend except that Danny and I busted our butts to start preparing our house for the big move. Our middle room has been the general hodgepodge room of the house since we moved in. It holds our office stuff along with a few drawers of excess clothing and a closet mostly consumed by my purse collection and scrapbooking supplies. If a room in the house is going to get messy, it's going to be the middle room.

Anyway, we had to get the middle room cleaned out enough to bring in all my teaching stuff from school. So, I am now housing all my home stuff plus an entire classroom in my house (and, arguably, a scrapbook store, a Christmas store, and numerous other excessive collections). During the cleaning out process, Danny and I decided that we will have a garage sale in the coming weeks. We are finding all kinds of things that we have been toting around for no real reason; and, it's stuff that is decent and people might actually want. To do this, however, we had to clean out the outdoor closet storage area so we can put all the garage sale stuff in there. Whew...

We figure that we'll make a little money to put towards Baby Watson's nursery, and whatever is left will go to Goodwill or the side of the road. I've never done a garage sale before, so this should be interesting. Tips would be appreciated from any experts!

Now, it is late Sunday night and my whole body aches. I didn't lift anything heavy or move anything that would cause me pain, but I think that I'm already exhausted without the extra work, so this just made it worse. Nonetheless, my middle room is clean, and for that I am thrilled!
